We absolutely love Belize Boutique Resort And Spa! The resort grounds, staff, and food were absolutely fantastic. Nicky & Melanie made were so welcoming and felt like old friends by the end of the week. We have never been so sad to leave a vacation before and hope to make Belize and Belize Boutique Resort and Spa a regular part of our life. We highly recommend the rum & coconut water ~ a new favorite in our house! While staying remote, we had access to everything we needed. Horseback riding, bike rental, swimming, spa, fine dining, and when we wanted to go exploring we were able to book excursions to the Cayes for snorkeling and hiking at Altun Ha. We can't wait to visit again soon!
